Payment

Session fees are paid at the time of session. I prefer cash / check and accept credit card.

Limited sliding scale spots available

CAncellation and Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

Insurance

Please contact your insurance carrier for information about your specific therapy coverage.

Co-payments are due at time of service.

Out of network:

Clients are often able to receive reimbursement up to 90% for therapy service fees from their insurance company. Please contact them to find out your percentage. I provide a superbill when requested to support reimbursement. A superbill is a time efficient form documenting services, fees paid, diagnosis codes, and other information required by health plans.
