My philosophy
I consider it a privilege to join my clients on their journey. In a setting of safety, acceptance and encouragement we work collaboratively, building on your existing strengths. I utilize an eclectic treatment approach that includes insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, solution-focused and mindfulness techniques depending on your unique needs for support.
